Cmde Moudgil, a specialist in Gunnery and Missile Warfare, is a distinguished alumnus of the Indian Naval Academy and has further honed his skills as a graduate of the Expeditionary Warfare School in Quantico. His career features extensive sea-going experience and operational exposure, having commanded the frontline warship INS Kochi. Additionally, he served as the Commissioning Commanding Officer for INS Kadmatt, reflecting his substantial leadership capabilities within the Indian Navy.
Throughout his distinguished career, Cmde Moudgil has held pivotal staff appointments in both the Western and Eastern Fleets. His contributions have significantly impacted operational planning and execution across various maritime environments.
