In a spirited display of determination, the Jat Regimental Centre in Bareilly became a hub for aspiring candidates as hundreds of youth participated in the Agniveer Recruitment Rally. Organized by the Army Recruiting Office (ARO) Bareilly under Headquarters Recruiting Zone Lucknow, the event drew young men and women from 12 districts across Uttar Pradesh, all eager to embark on a journey to serve in the Indian Army through the Agnipath scheme.

Senior military officials were present to oversee the event and ensure smooth operations. Major General I.S. Gill, VSM, Chief of Staff of Headquarters Uttar Bharat, took the opportunity to visit the recruitment venue. His presence underscored the importance the Army places on efficient organization and transparency in its recruitment process. He commended the effective collaboration between the Indian Army and civil administration, which facilitated a seamless and fair experience for the candidates.

In addition to Major General Gill, several senior officers, including Brigadier S.K. Mandal, Brigadier G.D. Singh, and Brigadier H.P.P. Singh, inspected the rally site. They provided guidance and support during the various stages of the recruitment process, emphasizing the Army’s commitment to conducting the event with strict compliance to regulations and a focus on merit.

The enthusiasm among the youth was palpable, as they navigated through the different stages of recruitment, demonstrating their readiness and eagerness to serve the nation.
