Shri Amol V Homkar, Inspector General of the Central Reserve Police Force Jammu Sector, conducted a visit to Gambhir Mughlan in the Rajouri district on May 25–26. The primary objective of this visit was to assess the progress of Operation Sheruwali and evaluate the current security situation in the area.
During his visit, IG Homkar engaged in discussions with representatives from the Indian Army, Jammu and Kashmir Police, and the Intelligence Bureau. This collaboration aimed to review ongoing operational efforts and enhance inter-agency coordination critical for effective counter-terrorism operations in the region.
