Lieutenant General Harsh Chhibber, AVSM, VSM, PhD, the Director General Information Systems (DGIS) of the Indian Army, recently addressed the participants of the Higher Defence Management Course (HDMC-22) at the College of Defence Management (CDM) in Hyderabad. His address concentrated on the pivotal role of emerging technologies in shaping future military operations.
