During a recent visit to Ahmedabad, Lieutenant General Sandeep Jain, AVSM, SM, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief (GOC-in-C) of the Southern Command, presented the esteemed Southern Command GOC-in-C Commendation Card to Subedar Raj Kumar from the 2 Gujarat Independent Company of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) and Havildar Mohan Singh from the NCC Directorate Gujarat.
