In a landmark move aimed at enhancing indigenous digital capabilities, the Indian Army has formalized a partnership with Zoho Corporation through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This initiative is part of the Army’s strategic vision encapsulated in the principles of Jointness, Atmanirbharta (self-reliance), and Innovation, collectively referred to as JAI.
The MoU was executed by Lieutenant General Harsh Chhibber, who serves as the Director General of Information Systems, alongside Shri Rajendran Dandapani, the Director of Engineering at Zoho Corporation. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Chief of the Army Staff, General Upendra Dwivedi, and Shri Sridhar Vembu, the founder of Zoho.
