Air Marshal S Sivakumar at Guard of Honour

Air Marshal S. Sivakumar, currently serving as the Air Officer-in-Charge Administration and Commodore Commandant of the Air Force Administrative College (AFAC), recently conducted a two-day visit to the AFAC from July 30 to 31, 2026. The primary objective of this visit was to evaluate the college’s training standards, infrastructure, and various initiatives geared toward enhancing professional excellence and improving the quality of life for all personnel.

Upon arrival, Air Marshal Sivakumar was welcomed by Air Commodore Shivanand, the Commandant of AFAC. The visit commenced with a ceremonial Guard of Honour, which set a formal tone for the proceedings. Following this, the Air Marshal embarked on a comprehensive tour of the college. He examined various faculties, training establishments, and functional sections, assessing the initiatives put in place to modernize training programs and enhance the college’s infrastructure.
