Commodore Urooj Athar, serving as the Commodore Naval Education, embarked on a crucial visit to Porbandar and Okha from June 8 to 9, 2026, aimed at assessing the educational infrastructure and academic initiatives within the Gujarat Naval Area. During his time in Porbandar, Commodore Athar conducted inspections of the facilities at the Navy Children School.
