Recognition at the Director’s Parade
The citation reflects her performance in drill, which is one of the training components assessed during the academy programme for IPS probationers. The source notes that drill training focuses on discipline, precision, coordination, command responsiveness and leadership, all of which are relevant to future police work.
The Director’s Parade included 151 officer trainees, among them 16 officers from foreign countries. The parade was commanded by IPS probationer Gourav Uppal of the Punjab cadre, while SVPNPA Director Sujeet Pandey inspected the parade and addressed the officer trainees.
