Major General Maneesh Kukrety, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Madhya UP Sub Area, delivered a compelling lecture on Combat First Aid during the Yodha Rakshak Combat Casualty Care (YRCCC) Course held at the Army Medical Corps (AMC) Centre & College in Lucknow. He underscored that the first hour following an injury presents a pivotal window during which immediate medical intervention can make a significant difference in survival rates.
