The Special List Officers Law Course concluded on May 5, 2026, at the Institute of Military Law, marking the successful culmination of a focused four-week legal training program tailored for Record Officers of the Indian Army. Lieutenant General Rajeev Puri, AVSM, VSM, Director General of Manpower Planning & Personnel Services, presided over the closing ceremony, recognizing the hard work and dedication demonstrated by the participating officers. During this event, Captain Dharam Raj Narware from BEG Records (Roorkee) was honored for securing the top position in the order of merit. His exemplary performance earned him the prestigious GOC-in-C, ARTRAC Running Trophy, celebrating his outstanding achievements during the course.
