The GTO is a set of outdoor tasks meant to evaluate a candidate’s abilities in a group setting and how they interact with one another. On Days 3 and 4 of the SSB, the GTO (Group Testing Officer) test series is administered (In AFSB, GTO test series are conducted on Day 2 & 3 or Day 3 & 4).
