The Army Training Command (ARTRAC) of the Indian Army recently announced the successful completion of the Infantry Battalion Support Weapon Officers Course Ser No – 55, which saw the participation of 162 Infantry Officers at The Infantry School located in Mhow. This significant event marked an important milestone in the professional development of these officers.
The course, which concluded on February 17, 2025, aimed to enhance the officers’ tactical and technical expertise in the handling of advanced weaponry, specifically Mortars and Anti-Tank Guided Missiles (ATGMs). As modern warfare evolves, the necessity for in-depth training in advanced weapon systems has become imperative, and this course was tailored to meet those demands.
