Dansal recently experienced a significant milestone with the formal induction of 262 young boys from Jammu & Kashmir into the Jammu & Kashmir Light Infantry (JAK LI) Regiment. This remarkable event was highlighted by a passing-out parade characterized by discipline, precision, and a palpable sense of pride among the participants.

The parade was presided over by Lt Gen Prasanna Kishore Mishra, General Officer Commanding of the White Knight Corps. He commended the recruits for their unwavering dedication, rigorous training, and impeccable drill execution. During his address, he emphasized the critical role these young soldiers would play in safeguarding the nation and acknowledged the importance of their induction into one of the Indian Army’s most esteemed regiments.
