Here’s a 30-Day College Participation Challenge designed especially for female SSB Interview aspirants to help them become more active in classroom, sports, extracurriculars, leadership roles, and peer interaction. This challenge enhances OLQs like initiative, confidence, communication, responsibility, liveliness, and cooperation.
Week 1 – Classroom & Communication
- Day 1: Sit in the front row and ask one question in class.
- Day 2: Share your viewpoint in a group discussion during lectures.
- Day 3: Volunteer to explain a concept to classmates after class.
- Day 4: Take initiative to summarize the lecture in front of peers.
- Day 5: Approach a professor with an academic doubt.
- Day 6: Initiate a small study group with 2–3 peers.
- Day 7: Write a short reflection on how speaking up improved your confidence.
Week 2 – Sports & Physical Participation
- Day 8: Join your college’s sports team practice (or try a new sport).
- Day 9: Organize a mini sports activity with your friends.
- Day 10: Volunteer to lead warm-up sessions during practice.
- Day 11: Motivate a hesitant friend to try a physical activity with you.
- Day 12: Participate in jogging, yoga, or fitness sessions with peers.
- Day 13: Take part in an informal match/game (e.g., football, basketball).
