Morning Routine (Before Work: 5:30 AM – 8:30 AM)

  • 5:30 – 6:30 AM → Physical Fitness (running, push-ups, sit-ups, planks, rope skipping, yoga for flexibility)
  • 6:30 – 7:00 AM → Meditation + Newspaper reading (focus on editorials, defence news, international relations)
  • 7:00 – 8:30 AM → Written Exam Prep (Maths/English/GK)
