Maharashtra Governor Honors NCC Cadets for Outstanding Achievement at RDC 2025

Maharashtra Governor C. P. Radhakrishnan recently hosted a splendid reception at Raj Bhavan in Mumbai to celebrate the remarkable achievements of the Maharashtra NCC cadets, who returned with a host of individual and team medals and trophies from the Republic Day Camp (RDC) 2025.

During the ceremony, the Governor took the time to engage with the cadets, inspecting the impressive array of trophies and medals they had won. He expressed his heartfelt congratulations to the Maharashtra NCC contingent for their achievements and commended the significant contributions made by trainers and instructors, emphasizing their vital role in shaping the cadets’ success at the national event.

The event saw the attendance of 124 cadets, along with their trainers and senior NCC officers. Major General Yogender Singh, the Additional Director General (ADG) of Maharashtra NCC, welcomed the Governor and praised the cadets for their unwavering dedication, discipline, and commitment. He highlighted their effective representation of the state, showcasing their potential and hard work.

The reception not only celebrated the cadets’ excellence but also underscored the National Cadet Corps’ vital role in nurturing leadership qualities, patriotism, and discipline among the youth.
