However, sources indicate that the IG T-Shul Pulse systems are expected to be formally integrated into military operations within approximately one month. The military has been actively enhancing its arsenal against drone threats, previously procuring man-portable counter-drone systems from Axiscades Technologies and sophisticated anti-drone technologies from Paras Anti-Drone Technologies, in addition to hard-kill solutions from Zen Technologies Limited. This concerted effort highlights the increasing recognition of drones as a significant security challenge.
The IG T-Shul Pulse itself is a handheld, electronic warfare-based jammer designed to counter hostile drones within a range of 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) under line-of-sight conditions. It is intended for use by frontline troops, perimeter security teams, and in the protection of critical national assets.
One of the notable features of the IG T-Shul Pulse is its multi-band, directionally controlled architecture, allowing operators to neutralize threats without interfering with friendly communications or naval operations.
