Lieutenant General SS Dahiya, the Chief of Staff of the Army Training Command (ARTRAC), conducted an important visit to the Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering (MCEME) in Secunderabad as part of his ongoing efforts to enhance the Indian Army’s training frameworks and innovation initiatives. During his time at MCEME, Lt Gen Dahiya engaged with Lieutenant General Neeraj Varshney, the Commandant of the college and Colonel Commandant of the Corps of EME. Lt Gen Varshney provided an overview of the college’s initiatives, which are strategically aligned with the Indian Army’s ambitious Decade of Transformation and the overarching focus on innovation, indigenisation, and professional excellence spearheaded by HQ ARTRAC.
