The Panther Division displayed remarkable shooting skills and battlefield effectiveness to claim the Overall Champion title at the Western Command ‘Inter-Division Skill at Arms Competition,’ which took place from March 2 to March 6, 2026. This prestigious event allowed various divisions to demonstrate their expertise in marksmanship and tactical operations.
With an impressive display of precision, the Panther Division also secured the titles of Best Firer in both Rapid and Slow firing categories. These accolades underscore the division’s exceptional weapon-handling capabilities and rigorous training standards, cementing its reputation for excellence in combat readiness.
The Tiger Division showcased a strong performance throughout the competition and secured the runner-up position, closely vying for top honors. Their efforts were commendable and demonstrated their commitment to high operational standards.
During the prize distribution ceremony, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of Vajra Corps extended his congratulations to all participating formations. He emphasized the critical role of integrating new-generation weapon systems and advanced technologies with refined tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
