With a distinguished background as a pathologist specializing in gastrointestinal pathology, Air Commodore Kinra arrives with extensive experience and clinical expertise. His previous role was as Air Commodore MS (P) at the Air Headquarters, where he significantly contributed to essential medical planning and personnel management within the Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS).
