The College of Defence Management (CDM), part of Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff (HQ IDS), has launched an innovative offline, AI-powered Language Learning Model named Vartalaap. This initiative aims to significantly enhance the landscape of defence education as well as the accessibility of academic resources for its participants.
Vartalaap has been meticulously developed by CDM’s Simulator Development Division and is specifically designed to support the Higher Defence Management Course (HDMC).
