A ceremonial parade celebrated the successful completion of the Medical Officers Basic Course Serial No. 256, where 123 young Medical and Dental Officers, including 38 Lady Officers, proudly showcased their discipline and military ethos.

The event was presided over by Lieutenant General Shivinder Singh, Commandant of the AMC Centre and College. He commended the officers for their hard work and dedication, urging them to serve the nation with compassion and humility.

Among the graduates, Captain Sahil Tanwar was recognized as the Best All-Round Officer for his exceptional performance throughout the training. The newly commissioned officers underwent an intensive curriculum focused on military ethos, combat medicine, Combat Casualty Care, and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS). This comprehensive training equips them to operate effectively in both peacetime and combat scenarios.

The addition of these officers significantly enhances the Armed Forces Medical Services. They are now poised to provide top-tier medical support during operations and emergencies, ready to uphold the highest traditions of the Armed Forces and deliver life-saving care in even the most arduous conditions.
