Hari Om Tard has topped the AFCAT 2 2022 examination and has secured AIR 86 in AFCAT 2 2022 and is all set to join Air Force Academy. He is from a civil background from Bikaner, Rajasthan and did his graduation from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University.

Miscellaneous youtube platforms helped him clear his AFCAT on 1st attempt and got recommended on the first attempt from 4AFSB Varanasi. During his college life, he was active in an NGO and 4 societies which included the Parliamentary Debating Society. These societies helped him improve his overall personality, not for SSB but for himself. Working on his personality and overcoming weaknesses gave him self-belief on himself which gives a person confidence and eliminates nervousness in life.
Challenges in his initial school life included improving communication skills. Giving speeches and debates improved his communication skills. He believes that if a person introspects himself, sees the weakness and sees the scope of improvement and works on it, then he/she can do wonders, also a person should be solution-oriented in his life, should be innovative. He says that SSB sees the growth in a person, so at every stage of life, a person should not stop improving or learning, he/she should grow even after achieving destination and make use of all the opportunities around to enhance personality.
