In a striking display of military integration and modern warfare capabilities, the Indian Army’s Ram Division, part of the Kharga Corps, successfully executed Exercise Ram Prahar. This large-scale field exercise served as a testament to the formation’s readiness as a Future-Ready Force.

The exercise demonstrated exceptional coordination among various military components, including mechanised forces, infantry battalions, artillery regiments, combat engineers, and Army Aviation assets. Together, they operated as a cohesive and lethal combat team, showcasing the Army’s advanced operational doctrines centered on technology-driven warfare, rapid manoeuvre, and precise firepower.

Lt Gen Manoj Kumar Katiyar, serving as General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Western Command, observed the tactical manoeuvres and battlefield procedures throughout the exercise. He expressed admiration for the soldiers’ ability to work together seamlessly, highlighting the high degree of combat integration accomplished across all arms and services.

“Integration lies at the heart of our operational strength,” the Army Commander stated, applauding the formation’s resilience, precision, and mission-oriented execution. His remarks reflect a broader commitment within the military to enhance collaborative efforts among diverse units in the face of evolving warfare dynamics.

Exercise Ram Prahar not only underscored the readiness of the Ram Division but also reaffirmed India’s dedication to developing a robust, self-reliant military force poised to protect national security interests. The successful execution of this exercise signals a significant step forward in the Indian Army’s pursuit of operational excellence and preparedness in an increasingly complex security environment.
