The Indian Army executed a successful combat launch of the BrahMos Supersonic Cruise Missile from a test range over the Bay of Bengal, marking a significant advancement in India’s long-range precision strike capabilities. The missile demonstrated exceptional stability at high velocities and accurately struck its designated target, reaffirming its standing as one of the most sophisticated tactical cruise missile systems globally.
This launch was carried out by a unit of BrahMos under the Southern Command, in collaboration with the Tri-Services Andaman and Nicobar Command.
