The Indian Naval Academy (INA) has achieved a significant milestone with the graduation of twelve Medical Officers who successfully completed the Short Naval Orientation Course (SNOC). This six-week course is meticulously crafted to enhance the professional capabilities of newly inducted officers, equipping them with essential discipline, resilience, and leadership qualities necessary for distinguished service in the Indian Navy.
The SNOC curriculum offers a comprehensive foundation in several critical areas, including naval warfare, navigation, seamanship, engineering, and administration. Through a blended approach of theoretical study and practical application, the program prepares the officers for the myriad operational challenges they may face.
