Lieutenant General Devendra Sharma, the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Army Training Command (ARTRAC), conducted a significant visit to the Junior Leaders Wing (JL Wing) in Belagavi on January 6, 2026. Upon his arrival, Lt Gen Sharma received a comprehensive briefing from Major General Rakesh Manocha, the Commander of the Junior Leaders Wing. The briefing focused on various training initiatives designed for the esteemed Commando Course and the Platoon Commander Course, which are crucial in preparing junior leaders to effectively guide troops in complex and high-intensity operational environments.

During the visit, Lt Gen Sharma engaged directly with trainees and staff members, addressing all ranks present at the JL Wing.
