Lt Gen HS Vandra, Chief of Staff of the Sapta Shakti Command, conducted a comprehensive review of the Russell’s Vipers Assault Teams, which are deployed under the Chinar Corps. This visit took place at forward field formations within the Northern Command theatre, an area recognized for its sensitivity and challenging operational conditions.
