In a momentous ceremony, 1,264 Agniveervayu trainees, including 145 women, proudly graduated from the Airmen Training School (ATS) in Belagavi on December 6, 2025. This significant event marked the conclusion of a demanding 22-week ab-initio training program designed to equip the trainees for various operational roles within the Indian Air Force.
The impressive Passing Out Parade was presided over by Air Vice Marshal Venkat T Mare, the Assistant Chief of the Air Staff (Training). In his address, he praised the dedication, discipline, and exceptional hard work displayed by the trainees during their training period.
The ceremony was further enriched by the presence of the families of the graduating Agniveervayus, who gathered in large numbers to witness their loved ones donning the uniform with pride and honor. The emotional atmosphere underscored the significance of the day, not only for the trainees but also for their families.
During his address to the parade, the Reviewing Officer emphasized the importance of vigilance, adaptability, and readiness for missions in the face of rapidly changing global security landscapes. He urged the newly trained Agniveervayus to embody the highest standards of professionalism and commitment as they embark on their service journey.
