Week 1: Self-Awareness & Personal Background
Focus: Build strong foundations about yourself
Day 1 – Introduce yourself (record on video, rewatch, note improvements).
Day 2 – Prepare academic background (school/college achievements, favorite subjects).
Day 3 – Family details: Know parents’ occupations, siblings, values you learnt.
Day 4 – Hobbies & interests: Why you do them, what you gain from them.
Day 5 – Strengths & weaknesses: Practice balanced responses with examples.
Day 6 – Prepare “Why Defence?” question (write, refine, speak aloud).
Day 7 – Mock interview with friend/mentor covering Week 1 questions.
Week 2: Education, Career & Defence Motivation
Focus: Build clarity on academics and career choices
Day 8 – Favourite subject questions: Explain in simple terms (2–3 concepts).
Day 9 – Questions on teachers/role models in your life.
Day 10 – “Why NDA/Why Army/Navy/Air Force?” – write 3 strong reasons.
Day 11 – Awareness of alternate career plans (other than defence).
Day 12 – Co-curricular/extra-curricular activities (sports, debates, NCC, etc.).
Day 13 – Practice “Failures & learnings” question (at least 2 real examples).
Day 14 – Mock Q&A drill for academic and defence motivation.
Week 3: Defence Knowledge, Current Affairs & Situational Questions
Focus: Awareness + clarity in thought
Day 15 – Know about Armed Forces structure (Army, Navy, Air Force commands).
Day 16 – Rank structure, training academies, important regiments/units.
Day 17 – Current Affairs (National + Defence related).
Day 18 – International relations (India’s neighbours, defence ties).
Day 19 – Practice answering “What if not recommended?” gracefully.
Day 20 – Practice situational questions (e.g., “What will you do if posted in a remote area?”).
Day 21 – Mock interview focusing on defence awareness + situational Qs.
Week 4: Personality, Probing & Final Polish
Focus: Handling tricky/probing questions & building confidence
Day 22 – Questions on friends & social circle (qualities of your best friend, how friends see you).
Day 23 – Questions on habits (reading, social media use, daily routine).
Day 24 – “Do you have a girlfriend?” / personal tricky Qs → Practice balanced, honest replies.
Day 25 – Practice rapid-fire question drills (answer 20 questions in 5 mins).
Day 26 – Prepare “5 achievements you’re proud of” + narrate with confidence.
Day 27 – Revisit all weaknesses, failures, setbacks & prepare structured answers.

Daily Self-Reflection Task (5–10 mins each day)
