Week 1 – Foundation & Self-Discovery
Focus: Self-awareness, clarity of goals, and basic SSB knowledge.
Day 1 – Write a detailed Self-Introduction (PIQ based). Practice saying it aloud.
Day 2 – List 10 strengths & 5 weaknesses. Reflect on real-life examples for each.
Day 3 – Read about OLQs. Identify 5 OLQs you already show, and 3 you need to work on.
Day 4 – Write life achievements (school, sports, leadership roles).
Day 5 – Practice 5 SRTs daily (short, natural responses).
Day 6 – Watch one GTO Task video & note strategies.
Day 7 – Revise Defence Knowledge (Army, Navy, Air Force structure & NDA basics).
Week 2 – PI & Psych Practice
Focus: Interview answers + psychological clarity.
Day 8 – Practice “Why NDA?” answer with clarity of motivation.
Day 9 – Mock PI: Questions on family background & hometown.
Day 10 – Write & practice 10 SRTs (focus on responsibility).
Day 11 – TAT practice (2 stories). Focus on positive, practical actions.
Day 12 – GD Topic practice: “India’s Defence Preparedness.”
Day 13 – Mock lecturette on “Social Media & Youth.”
Day 14 – Write a weekly reflection: What improved, what felt weak?
Week 3 – GTO & Confidence Building
Focus: Outdoor tasks, group coordination & confidence.
Day 15 – Practice 10 SRTs (leadership focus).
Day 16 – TAT (3 stories). Review with OLQs in mind.
Day 17 – GD Topic: “India’s Role in BRICS.” Note 5 points & practice delivery.
Day 18 – Watch a Progressive Group Task (PGT) demo & plan how you’d contribute.
Day 19 – Lecturette: “Importance of Discipline in Life.”
Day 20 – Practice rapid-fire PI questions (hobbies, weaknesses, failures).
Day 21 – Weekend Reflection: Record your lecturette, watch, and analyze confidence, clarity, body language.
Week 4 – Simulation & Final Prep
Focus: Mock drills & overall readiness.
Day 22 – Practice 10 SRTs (quick decision-making focus).
Day 23 – TAT (4 stories). Ensure varied plots (student, soldier, social worker, etc.).
Day 24 – GD Topic: “Is AI a Threat to Jobs?” Practice logical reasoning.
Day 25 – Lecturette: “My Role Model.”
Day 26 – Mock PI: 20 rapid-fire Qs with self-recording.
Day 27 – Outdoor Task Practice (rope, planks, strategy – simulate with household items).
Day 28 – Practice Self-Description Test (SDT): 5 views (Parents, Teachers, Friends, Self, Future).
Day 29 – Full Mock Psychology Drill: 2 TATs + 15 WATs + 10 SRTs + 1 SDT.
Day 30 – Final Reflection: Review progress, revise Defence awareness, polish PI answers.
Daily Add-ons
✅ Reading habit: 15 min daily (newspaper editorial + defence news).
✅ Fitness routine: Push-ups, running, stamina building (SSB requires energy & liveliness).
✅ Confidence check: Record 2–3 min speaking daily.
✅ Reflection journal: End the day writing what you practiced & 1 improvement point.
