The 57th Army Medical Corps (AMC) Biennial Conference has officially commenced at the AMC Centre & College in Lucknow, bringing together senior leaders and professionals from the Army Medical Corps for a critical dialogue on the future of military medicine. Scheduled to take place from March 24 to March 26, 2025, the conference is set to delve into vital topics such as advancements in military medical practices, strategic planning, and the overarching readiness of the Corps.
A significant highlight of the inaugural day was the opening of a cutting-edge medical exhibition, which was inaugurated by prominent figures including Lt Gen Sadhna S Nair, the Director General Medical Services (Army) and Senior Colonel Commandant of the AMC; Lt Gen Rajeev Puri, the Director General of Manpower Planning & Personnel Services; and Lt Gen Shivinder Singh, the Commandant of the AMC Centre & College and Colonel Commandant of the AMC. This exhibition showcases a range of advanced medical innovations aimed at enhancing operational medical support and improving patient care across various environments.
