Captain Yogesh Gangwar, serving as the Regimental Medical Officer (RMO) with the 15 Garhwal Rifles, has achieved a remarkable milestone by being awarded the title of Best All-Round Officer in the Medical Officers Basic Course (MOBC) Serial No. 250.
