In a significant development aimed at fostering inter-service cooperation and technological collaboration, a group of naval trainees from INS Valsura visited the Military College of Telecommunication Engineering (MCTE) in Mhow on September 22-23, 2025. This two-day visit was designed to immerse naval personnel in the advancements of military technology, marking a pivotal moment for both the Indian Army and Navy.

During their stay, the trainees explored cutting-edge training laboratories at MCTE, where they gained insight into specialized fields such as Cyber Warfare, Electronic Warfare, and Networking. They also delved into a range of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Quantum Technologies, emphasizing the importance of staying ahead in the rapidly evolving landscape of military capabilities.

The interaction provided a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and mutual learning, helping to strengthen the ties between the two services. It underscored the significance of technical collaboration between these premier training institutions and highlighted a growing emphasis on jointness and interoperability—a critical aspect of modern warfare.

At the conclusion of the visit, representatives from both sides expressed their commitment to fostering continuous cooperation in building an operationally integrated and technologically superior armed force.
