In a ceremonial gathering, Officer Cadets from the 157 Regular Course, 140 Technical Graduate Course (TGC), 55 Special Commission Officers (SCO) course, and 46 Technical Entry Scheme (TES) course were honored with accoutrements as they prepare for their commissioning into the Regiment of Artillery on 13 December 2025. This special event signifies a pivotal moment in their military careers, transitioning from trainees to commissioned officers.

Maj Gen Rajender Prakash, VSM (Retd), attended the ceremony as the chief guest and delivered an inspiring address to the cadets. He highlighted the significance of leadership and urged the young officers to “lead from the front.” As they prepare to join the Regiment of Artillery, known for its strategic importance as the “Arm of Decision,” he emphasized the core values of discipline, leadership, and professional excellence vital for their success in their upcoming roles.
