The Combat Leadership Course at the Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) Academy in Dhana concluded on 28 March 2026, marking a significant milestone in the training of Junior Leaders in the Indian Army. This intensive programme was designed to enhance leadership and operational capabilities, addressing the evolving demands of modern warfare.

Bringing together Non-Commissioned Officers from various regiments, the course featured a rigorous and specialized training curriculum. It aimed to prepare participants for contemporary battlefield challenges by honing their combat leadership skills, effective decision-making under pressure, and adaptability in high-tech and rapidly changing warfare environments.

Among the accolades presented, Naik Bharat Singh of the Rajput Regiment received the prestigious Army Commander ARTRAC Trophy, awarded to the overall Best Student of the course. His exemplary performance showcased outstanding leadership qualities, tactical insight, and consistency throughout the training.

Additionally, the inaugural Best Techno Warrior Trophy was awarded to Naik Narinder Singh of the Regiment of Artillery. This accolade recognizes excellence in utilizing technology and modern systems in combat scenarios, reflecting the Army’s emphasis on digitization and readiness for future combat.
