Lieutenant Colonel Kabilan Sai Ashok of the Army Physical Training Corps (APTC) has made history by becoming the first Indian to be appointed President of the Boxing Committee of the International Military Sports Council (CISM). Earlier, Lt Col Ashok garnered attention as the youngest Olympic boxing referee from India, officiating at the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympics.
