A balloon associated with Pakistan International Airlines has sparked a heightened security alert after being discovered within a technical zone of an Indian Air Force establishment in Agra. This incident has prompted immediate investigations by security agencies.

Local police officials reported that the balloon was designed in the shape of an aircraft and featured the distinctive green and white colors representative of the airline. Notably, a thread was found attached to the balloon, which was located inside the Air Force premises. Following an official complaint from the Indian Air Force, the Shahganj police station registered a case related to the incident on February 12.

Assistant Commissioner of Police Gaurav Singh provided assurances that preliminary inspections of the balloon revealed no explosive devices or suspicious materials. Although no immediate threat was detected, the authorities are approaching the situation with caution due to the sensitive nature of the location where the balloon was found.

A comprehensive investigation is currently underway to determine how the balloon managed to breach the high-security area and to identify any potential lapses in security protocol. Officials have emphasized that all necessary precautions are being adopted to maintain the safety and integrity of the Air Force installation amidst this unusual occurrence.
