Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami, the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, recently visited the Indian Military Academy (IMA) in Dehradun, emphasizing the state government’s robust support for this prestigious military training institution. Known as the “Land of Soldiers,” Uttarakhand has a long-standing relationship with the Indian Armed Forces, which was reinforced during this visit.
During his time at the Academy, the Chief Minister toured various training and institutional facilities, gaining valuable insights into the rigorous regimen that transforms Gentlemen Cadets into future leaders of the Indian Army. His exploration included physical training grounds, academic blocks, and tactical training areas, where he engaged with officers responsible for various training programs.
