As the nation embraced the festive spirit of Diwali, personnel of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) remained steadfast in their duty, ensuring the safety of critical national installations and smooth operation of essential infrastructure.
The Director General of CISF, Shri Praveer Ranjan, marked the occasion by visiting prominent duty locations in the national capital, including Delhi Airport, Metro stations, the Parliament, and Vigyan Bhawan. During these visits, he shared sweets and festive cheer with the personnel, extending his heartfelt gratitude for their relentless commitment and service, especially during such significant celebrations.
In a poignant demonstration of dedication, DG CISF celebrated Diwali with the personnel stationed at the remote Airport Security Group (ASG) unit in Leh. Despite facing freezing temperatures and challenging conditions, he praised their unwavering spirit and discipline, highlighting the essential role they play in safeguarding the nation’s aviation infrastructure year-round.
