Lt. Surya’s father and grandfather served in the Indian navy and took part in two major wars. Now Lt. Surya went ahead and got commissioned in the Indian army as an officer. Lt Surya got an offer for modelling abroad but he chose to stay in Indian and join the Indian army as an officer. His family is feeling proud after he got commissioned in the army. Lt Surya has got commissioned in Engineers.
