- 1,539 individuals now have wealth of Rs 1,000 crore or more, a rise of 220 from last year and a 86% increase over the past five years. Shah Rukh Khan, 58, makes his debut with a wealth of Rs 7,300 crore, driven by his stakes in Kolkata Knight Riders and Red Chillies Entertainment.
- Regional insights : Hyderabad has overtaken Bengaluru for the third position in terms of residents on the list, adding 17 new entrants.Mumbai remains the leading city with 386 individuals, followed by New Delhi with 217.
- Sector contributions : The Industrial Products sector remains dominant, contributing the most new entrants with 142 individuals. Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals & Petrochemicals follow. Manufacturing Hurun Rich List members added Rs 28 lakh crore in wealth this year
- Wealth changes : 1,334 individuals saw their wealth increase or stay the same, including 272 new faces. 205 individuals experienced a decline in wealth, with 45 dropouts.
