Maiden Airshow: The Indian Air Force will hold a first-of-its-kind airshow at Jammu airfield on September 21, an official spokeswoman said on Tuesday.
According to the spokesperson, the airshow will be staged by the IAF in partnership with the local authority and will showcase a variety of aircraft, including fighter jets and helicopters.

He stated that the requisite preparations for the event were discussed at a meeting presided over by Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Sachin Kumar Vaishya, and attended by senior IAF and police authorities. According to the deputy commissioner, the airshow would be a great event for local inhabitants, particularly children and youth, who urged all stakeholders to ensure the event’s success.
