Lieutenant General Harbinder Singh Vandra, the Chief of Staff of the Sapta Shakti Command, recently conducted an inspection of the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) Regional Centre and Poly Clinic at the Hisar Military Station.
