The Union Public Service Commission holds the NDA Exam twice a year in order to recruit the best cadets to join the Army, Navy, and Air Force. NDA Math and GAT are the two parts of the written test.

On September 4, 2022, the Union Public Service Commission will conduct the NDA 2 2022, National Defense Academy, and Naval Academy Examination (II) 2022 at different centres and venues across India (Sunday).

History is a part of the NDA Exam is a part of the GAT paper, which has 150 questions and a total of 600 marks. For each correct answer, you get 4 marks, and for each wrong answer, you lose 1.33 marks. The paper will take 2.5 hours to write. In the GAT section on History, we can expect 20–30 questions and can get 80–120 marks.
