Cadets from the National Defence Academy (NDA) showcased outstanding skills at the 18th General JJ Singh Officers Shooting Championship, held from April 10 to 23, 2025, at the Army Marksmanship Unit, The Infantry School in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh. The team made a significant impact, securing one gold and two bronze medals across various individual and team events. Their impressive performance earned them a commendable third position overall among teams representing all Indian Army Commands.
This prestigious annual championship is named in honor of General Joginder Jaswant Singh, the 21st Chief of the Army Staff, who is celebrated not only for his military leadership but also for his remarkable prowess in marksmanship.
