HOW TO USE THIS CHECKLIST

SECTION 1: DISCIPLINE & DAILY ROUTINE

☐ I keep my room, study table, and belongings organised
☐ I follow a basic daily timetable (study, play, rest)
☐ I complete tasks even when I don’t feel like it
