As the Prime Minister traveled through the streets, Colonel Qureshi’s family welcomed him with showers of flower petals, a poignant gesture recognizing Modi’s contributions toward women’s empowerment and his unwavering support for the armed forces.
Colonel Sofiya Qureshi, who has recently garnered national recognition, is one of the two women officers who played a crucial role in briefing the media about Operation Sindoor.
