The recent Investiture Ceremony at the Sapta Shakti Auditorium in Jaipur Military Station showcased a profound display of military tradition and spirit, celebrating the exemplary courage and dedication shown by personnel within the Command. The event was presided over by Lt Gen Manjinder Singh, Army Commander of the Sapta Shakti Command, who presented a series of prestigious awards to deserving individuals and units.
A range of honours were conferred during the ceremony, highlighting the extraordinary acts of bravery and distinguished service. The awards included six Sena Medals for Gallantry, one Sena Medal for Distinguished Service, and one Yudh Seva Medal, among others. Additionally, two Vishisht Seva Medals were awarded, alongside unit citations bestowed upon 17 distinguished units. The ceremony also included the recognition of four veteran achievers and three civilian administration officials who have made significant contributions to the nation.
The atmosphere was solemn yet celebratory, as senior military officers, veterans, families of the awardees, and other distinguished guests gathered to honor the achievements of the personnel being recognized.
